Landlord Fees

All fees listed below are payable by the landlord unless otherwise stated.
No fees are charged to tenants other than those permitted under the Tenant Fees Act 2019.
All fees are shown inclusive of VAT unless stated.

Management Fees

£300 up front fee plus VAT

Full Management

10% of the monthly rent plus VAT (12% including VAT)

Tenant Find / Let Only
50% of first months rent plus VAT up front

Part Managed / Rent Collection

8% plus VAT

Withdrawal Fee (landlord withdrawal after instruction)
